Shipments and Returns

Your Package Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via our preferred carrier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns and Refunds

All items are 100% guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations.  We will gladly refund any purchase made through our online store or from any of our vendors.  We will provide a return shipping label as well as covering the cost of shipment to return the item to us.  Please contact our customer support representatives via phone or email to initiate the process. 

We reserve the right to limit or decline returns that don't meet the following requirements:

Returns must be received within 90 days.

Items being returned must be new and unused.

Refunds are provided in the original form of payment.

In-store purchases via our vendors may only be returned to the store in which they were purchased. They cannot be returned by mail.

Returns or exchanges without the original receipt/packing slip will be offered a merchandise credit for the lowest price or offered the manufacturers' contact information.
